Angélique is a founding partner of CDF Law.

Angélique is a founding partner of CFD Law and is admitted to the Paris Bar. She is a native French speaker and is fluent in English and German.

After training at international law firms Baker & McKenzie (in Paris, London and Frankfurt) and Clifford Chance, Angélique joined Landwell & Associés in Paris, correspondant law firm of Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She focused her practice on advising multinationals companies on French labor law and social security matters. She was a member of the German desk at Landwell & Associés Paris.

Angélique acquired extensive litigation experience during three years at a traditional law firm, DUEL in Lille, where she specialized in drafting and pleading employment law cases.

She then brought her experience to Kahn & Associés, an international business law firm for technology and telecom companies, where she was nominated Senior Counsel of the Employment and HR department.

In 2009, Angélique left Kahn & Associés to co-found CFD Law.

She advises our clients on all labor law issues. Angélique handles restructuring operations (M&A, outsourcing, collective redundancies plans) general business matters (service agreements, labor due diligence, status of officers,…) and all types of labor litigation.

Angelique’s command of English and German has enabled her to provide valuable advice to foreign companies seeking to set up and operate businesses in France.

Angélique also provides individual advice to executives at all stages of their careers.

Angélique holds a diploma in English Law (University of Warwick) and in German Law (University of Saarbrücken), a Masters degree in Private law and a post-graduate specialized diploma in Law and Employment Relations Practices (DESS Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail – Université Panthéon – Assas Paris II). She conducts a variety of training seminars and has published articles on French Labor Law.
She also lectures regularly as part of the Law and Employment Relations Practices Masters at the University of Panthéon – Assas, Paris II.

She is a member of Avosial (association of business lawyers specialized in employment law) and the European Employment Lawyers Association / Cercle de Droit Social de l’Entreprise from University Panthéon-Assas, Paris II.
