Anthony Curtis is a founding partner of CFD Law.
Anthony is a graduate of Columbia Law School (JD) and is admitted to practice in both New York and Paris. He is bilingual and is a dual Australian/French citizen.
After working as a litigation and corporate associate in New York City, Anthony joined the Paris office of a major U.S. law firm where he worked in Arbitration, Structured Finance, Real Estate and M&A. He subsequently moved to London to join another US firm where he developed his Venture Capital, M&A, Securities and general corporate practices.
In 2003 Anthony returned to Paris to sit the Paris Bar exam and launched his own firm in 2005.
Anthony represents a wide range of public and private corporations operating in varied sectors (technology, luxury hotels, music, natural resources, biotech, banking to name a few). He also regularly advises non-profit organizations and runs a mediation practice.
